Q. Do I have to create a login to shop online?
Yes. You must enter your details when finished shopping and are at the checkout screen.  These details are used to deliver your order, and to contact you if needed in regards to that order.  A login id will save you time when next you visit online.  All information created is stored securely.

Q. What do you do with my information?
Information gathered on this site is used for its intended purpose only.  We respect your privacy and do not sell or give away information (including names and addresses) to any third party.  Your information will be stored securely in our database and will only be used by us.
Q. How secure is my information?
Secure servers are used to protect your personal information, including your name, address and credit card information.  When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (SSL 128 Bit) form and not decoded until it is received.  If you are not happy to enter your details through the internet, you can post your order along with a Bank Cheque/Australian Money Order to Carol Dixon, P.O. Box 32, Kilsyth  Vic  3137. 

Q. What does the final price include?
Your final checkout price will reflect a total of goods purchased, postage costs and if required, registered post fees.  All goods bought on our site include the Australian GST (goods and services tax) of 10%.  If you are an overseas purchaser, the 10% GST will be removed after checkout.
Q. When will I get my order?
For all painted products, please allow 4-6 weeks as all items are hand painted.  Any craft supplies in stock will be posted same/next day after payment has been made subject to availability.  If goods are not available for any reason, you will be notified immediately via email.  If your order consists of both finished pieces and supplies, the longer waiting period will apply.
Please note that all finished products are entirely hand painted, therefore any variations in color or features are inevitable and characteristic of the nature of hand painted goods.
Due to space restrictions I can not stock all products; I can get most of the items overnight if ordered early.  Any questions, please contact me.

Q. What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not happy or satisfied with any of our products, you are most welcome to return them undamaged within 14 days.  Where appropriate, a replacement will be sent or refund given.  Please note – we will not refund any postage costs.
